It's the Strangest Thing
I'm sitting here and its the weirdest thing,
sometimes i forget you're dead.
But as i pass time my chest burns
burns more then my ribs
oh god i'm so sore...
i hurt inside and out
i wish you were here,
i wish i wasn't alone
i'm so sad
and my heart STILL hurts
why the ache in my chest?
Haven't i lost enough,
endured enough?
All with the senseless, endless ache in my breast
I'm lying down and its the strangest thing,
Sometimes i forget you're no longer here.
but as i stay up later my eyes sting
sharp, quick, hit of that point
Oh god it might-as-well be blunt!
i'm empty in the inside,
and outside with the dead
- as friends and family, love
I kiss your forehead
Nothing left to be done
Holding hands, I wait.
Since they put you under
You haven't opened your eyes.
I don't think you will.
Your face is empty
I so miss your expressions.
Your eyes are still closed.
My chest hurts today
I wish you were still alive
My heart breaks again.
I miss the way words
just poured from you constantly
Like a lovely flood.
I kissed you goodbye
Not all cancer can be cured
So I let you go.

Coals good for the economy apparently...
We sit on the edge
bodies tense,
we are waiting...
For the freak weather
the broken minds
and the dying animals
We don't believe in technology
but we use it, since we have no choice.
I once could understand the world through mythology.
Although now, stories are not enough!
Zombie Apocalypse during
World War Three
and Global Warming
And we can't afford our uni fees
Our brain chemistry going downhill, while our country closes it boarders,
But they won't stop digging up fossil fuels...
still writing "save the planet" on cut up trees.
Like mother, like daughter, like son. by DidgetyGirl, literature

Like mother, like daughter, like son.
Your body became a battle ground,
And my chest got sliced open.
So in sleepless nights she worried.
We thought you had won.
We knew I did
But we watched her lose to her fear.
You won the battle but lost the war.
My enemies moved into my head.
She tried to float even with her baggage.
Your own cells killed you,
My own heart still works despite this,
But she'll never stopped worrying.
Like mother, like daughter, like son.
She's the gaming son,
And I'm the fucked up daughter.
Now you're the dead mother.
I kiss your forehead
Nothing left to be done
Holding hands, I wait.
Since they put you under
